About the Author

THE PATRIARCHS OF THE FAITH WERE MEN WITH MORE THAN ONE WIFE!

Billy Wade Roebuck was born in Dallas, Texas. He graduated from Southern Methodist University. He played professional baseball for several years before being drafted into the US Army. After his hitch in the army, he entered a career in business.

He spent three years researching and writing The Polygamist.

He married his high school sweetheart. They have two grown sons and two grandchildren. They live in a rural wooded area between Dallas and Waxahachie, Texas.
